We are seeking a reliable and tech-savvy Virtual Secretary to provide remote administrative and clerical support to our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, an excellent communicator, and capable of handling a variety of administrative tasks efficiently from a remote location.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments for executives or team members
Answer and route emails, phone calls, and messages professionally and promptly
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
Organize and maintain digital files and databases
Coordinate virtual meetings, including scheduling, sending invites, and managing logistics
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Handle travel arrangements and prepare itineraries when needed
Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or virtual assistant
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong time management abilities
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
High school diploma required; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
