As a Virtual Nurse, you will utilize your clinical knowledge, critical thinking skills, and the principles of case management and adult education to coordinate, implement and support a plan of care that meets the patient's needs and ensures a seamless, effective, and efficient transition of care. This includes the assessment, planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of patient plan of care from admission to discharge. This is an onsite position - you will work from a location within the hospital campus. S ign-on bonus is available. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS + Must be licensed in the State of Idaho as a Registered Nurse as defined by the Idaho State Board of Nursing. + Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. + Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. + Minimum eight (8) years of experience in health condition management, which must include adult condition management. + Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience.
