Job Description

Position Title: Virtual School Occupational Therapist

Location: Remote (Serving Colorado school districts)

Caseload: K-12 students with varied therapy needs

Pay: $50 per hour, commensurate with experience

Schedule: Flexible hours, Full-Time or Part-Time

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students needs in motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living tasks

Develop individualized treatment plans that address each students needs

Deliver engaging virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based strategies

Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure student success

Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress

Participate in IEP meetings as needed

Qualifications

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

Colorado OT license (or ability to obtain)

NBCOT certification

Experience in school-based settings preferred

Proficiency in using virtual therapy platforms

Excellent communication skills
