and financial advisors. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you
will serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries,
offering solutions and maintaining a positive customer experience. This
fully remote role allows you to make a meaningful impact while working
from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform all aspects of customer order processing
•
Initiate, monitor, and coordinate high volume of email communications
between customers and internal departments to ensure orders are
processed accurately and delivered on time
• Handle customer returns and complaints.
• Respond to customer and sales force inquiries via phone and email
• Maintain and update customer requirements and account information in database / operating systems
• Clerical/administrative duties as needed
Requirement/ Qualifications
•
Minimum three years' experience in a Customer Service role dealing
directly with customers and internal departments via phone and email
(i.e., processing orders, samples, returns, account updates, general
customer support, etc.).
• Experience with overseas shipping and working with freight forwarders, preferred but not required
•
Must be detail oriented, with ability to multi-task, prioritize and
respond to high volume incoming orders and inquiries promptly and with
accuracy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and co-workers
• Professional, team-oriented, pleasant attitude with strong desire to provide quality service and achieve customer satisfaction
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in database software/operating system (SAP)
