Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Virtual Assistant. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, handling emails, and assisting with various projects. The role also includes data entry, organizing digital files, and providing support to the team as needed. This is an off-site role that can be done from anywhere in the states (USA). Please note that you have to be available and reside in the USA to take this offer.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Proficiency in scheduling, email management, and project assistance
- Data entry and file management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Experience in a virtual assistant or administrative support role is a plus
- No education is required
