What is expected of YOU:

As a VIP Services Agent, you will provide exceptional service to Players Club and VIP guests by building relationships, promoting events, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments. You will handle guest inquiries, manage access to VIP areas, and assist with administrative tasks like updating accounts and issuing comps. Your role will focus on delivering personalized attention while upholding the company's core values of Commitment, Integrity, and Excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Experience YOU will need:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service and/or casino industry experience. Sales, business management, operation, customer service, telemarketing, or casino industry experience preferred.
  • In cooperation with Casino Hosts, provides service to VIP players and guests in a prompt,
  • professional manner.
  • Service quality characteristics including courtesy, promptness, professionalism, and confidentiality. Effective communication skills. Ability to effectively handle verbal conflict. Professional appearance and presentation. Able to work a flexible schedule. Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays. Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
  • excellent customer service skills; basic math and computer skills; detail-oriented and organized. Knowledge in various computer programs including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.).
  • Acts as liaison between Player Development and other areas (e.g., Hotel Front desk/Reservations, Players Club, Table Games, Food & Beverage, and Slots) to provide the highest levels of customer service.
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must have excellent guest service and communication skills
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time (approximately 2 hours at a time)
  • Frequently speak, read write, stand, walk, bend and stoop
  • Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling (25 lbs.)
  • Must be able to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
  • Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.

Salary Range:

$17.10-$27.00
