Overview:
$14 per hour. Must be 18 years old A Village Front Desk Associate at Worlds of Fun is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests and visitors at the Worlds of Fun Village. This may include - Maintains guest information, including credit card information, in a secure and confidential manner
- Checks guests into and out of the hotel, answers guest questions in person and on the phone
- Accurately processes credit card transactions
- Properly handle required cleaning chemicals
- Maintains cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance with Cedar Fair Safety guidelines and requirements and reports all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision
- Other duties may be assigned
