POSITION SUMMARY: Faith Chapel is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer/Editor and Content Creator to produce high-quality video content that aligns with our brand's mission. This role will be instrumental in creating weekly service videos-such as news updates, countdowns, sermon bumpers-while working closely with our marketing and creative teams to bring ideas to life from concept to final production. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects with quick turnarounds while maintaining creativity and excellence.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Videography: Capture high-quality video content for various platforms, including promotional videos, interviews, events, and weekly service productions.
  • Editing: Transform raw video footage into polished, engaging content (e.g., news updates, countdowns, sermon bumpers) while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and project objectives.
  • Storytelling: Develop and execute creative narratives that resonate with our audience, effectively conveying our message through video.
  • Content Creation: Design multimedia elements to enhance video projects, including service presentations and other visual media.
  • Weekly Service Production: Produce timely and impactful videos for weekly services, ensuring readiness for broadcast or online publication.
  • Collaboration: Partner with team members across marketing and design to brainstorm and develop creative strategies and solutions.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a high standard of quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Innovation: Stay informed of industry trends, techniques, and technologies to introduce fresh and innovative ideas to the team.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Agree and align with the mission, vision, and doctrinal statement of Faith Chapel
  • Proven experience as a videographer, editor, and content creator, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Photoshop).
  • Strong storytelling abilities with the skill to craft compelling narratives and engaging visual content.
  • Experience shooting and editing various types of video content, including promotional, instructional, event, and service-related videos.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to idea generation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to take direction and collaborate effectively.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience with social media platforms and knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to lift, carry and set up video and audio equipment including cameras, tripods, lighting and other gear (typically ranging from 20 to 50 pounds).
  • Must be able to kneel, bend, or climb ladders or stairs to position equipment
  • Ability to frequently stand and move to different locations
  • Use of hands and fingers to operate video equipment, editing software, and computer is required.
