Key Responsibilities
Video Editing & Content Creation
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for social, digital ads, and campaigns.
- Create promotional videos, product explainers, testimonials, and reels.
- Deliver platform-optimized video ads for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Visual Storytelling & Creativity
- Add dynamic motion graphics, text overlays, captions, and transitions.
- Apply sound design, music, and color grading to enhance video impact.
- Maintain consistency in visual tone and brand messaging.
Social Media & Digital Marketing Focus
- Adapt videos for various platforms and formats.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align videos with campaigns and conversion goals.
- Edit influencer content, UGC, BTS clips, and branded short videos.
Technical Expertise & AI Video Tools
- Use tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.
- Experience with AI-powered tools (e.g., Runway, Descript, Pictory) is a plus.
- Export and optimize files for web, social, and mobile performance.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in video editing, content creation, or digital production.
- Prior experience working with U.S.-based SMBs is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
- Motion graphics experience with After Effects is a plus.
- Understanding of file formats, resolutions, aspect ratios, and video specs per platform.
Creative & Strategic Thinking:
- Deep knowledge of video trends on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling for audience engagement.
- Ability to turn raw footage into a polished, high-performing video.
Soft Skills:
- Collaborative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Able to handle quick deadlines and shifting priorities.
