About Palm Tree Crew:

Palm Tree Crew is a diversified holding company founded by Kygo and Myles Shear, operating at the intersection of live events, hospitality, consumer branding, and investment. What began as a shared vision between music and business has grown into a global platform that brings people together through curated experiences and creative ventures.

With a focus on quality, culture, and innovation, Palm Tree Crew continues to expand across industries-developing premium hospitality destinations, producing large-scale events, and collaborating with leading brands. Our team is entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and driven by a clear purpose: building something unique with lasting impact.

About the Role:

We're looking for a creative, self-driven Video Content Lead to take charge of our video strategy and execution across hospitality, festivals, and live events. This isn't just an editing role-you'll be driving creative strategy, directing content teams, and helping us tell powerful stories that engage audiences and elevate the Palm Tree Crew brand.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the creation of video content across PTC's ecosystem-hospitality, events, festivals, and brand campaigns.
  • Shoot and edit dynamic video content on-site at our Miami venues and during events across the world.
  • Serve as the on-site video director at festivals and events, guiding freelance shooters and content teams to capture what matters most.
  • Translate marketing goals into compelling visual content
  • Build out creative concepts and treatments for campaigns, promos, and branded content.
  • Edit multiple videos per week using both fresh and archival footage.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and production teams to ensure all content hits the vibe and the vision.
  • Create an archival system for video content across the business.

  • What You Bring:

    • Strong portfolio of work across nightlife, hospitality, festivals, or lifestyle content.
    • Ability to both shoot and edit high-quality content-fast.
    • Familiarity with high-end editing software (prefer Adobe but open to other software expertise)
    • Experience directing on-site teams and freelancers to capture compelling visuals.
    • A strategic creative mindset-you can take a loose idea or business goal and turn it into a thumb-stopping piece of content.
    • Comfort with travel and weekend festival work (frequent travel required).
    • Based in (or open to relocating to) Miami.

  • Bonus Points If You:

    • Have motion graphics or animation skills
    • Are familiar with social media best practices and platform-specific video formats
    • Have agency or brand-side experience in entertainment, music, or events
