Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and expanding our market presence.
- Develop a sales strategy to target businesses requiring data entry, data cleansing, data mining, and document processing.
- Identify and build relationships with potential clients through networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Develop partnerships with software vendors and automation providers to enhance service offerings.
- Leverage digital marketing, cold outreach, and LinkedIn networking to generate qualified leads.
- Expand into new geographic regions with high demand for outsourced data processing.
- Identify trends in AI and automation to integrate value-added services like AI-driven data extraction.
- Track market trends in automation, data security, and compliance (eg, GDPR, HIPAA).
- Stay ahead of industry shifts in AI-powered data processing and automation.
- Explore cloud-based solutions to improve scalability and security.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in BPO sales, particularly in data processing, with a proven track record of closing high-value contracts.
- Strong leadership skills, expertise in consultative selling, and familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Knowledge of data compliance regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS) and emerging technologies like AI-powered automation is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Expertise in consultative and solution-based selling.
