About the Role


Our client, a cyber security unicorn valued at $3Bn, backed by the best investors in the world is seeking a VP of Sales to lead and scale its sales organisation. This role reports directly to the CEO and will inherit a team of 20+ Account Executives and BDRs, with the mission to transform the current go-to-market engine into a world-class, repeatable, and metrics-driven sales machine.

This Series A cybersecurity company is redefining AI and is already trusted by global banks, leading tech and finance firms, healthcare giants, and the company is backed by world class VCs. The founding team previously built and exited industry-defining companies and now seeks to build another iconic business at the intersection of AI and security.


What You'll Do:


  • Take full ownership of the GTM function, driving revenue from the early millions to hundreds of millions.
  • Build and lead a best-in-class sales team across segments and geographies.
  • Develop and implement scalable sales processes, infrastructure, and forecasting strategies.
  • Drive outbound excellence in complex enterprise environments.

What success looks like: You've built a high-performing sales org that scales from 20 to 50+ team members, with a clear structure across segments and regions. Each rep is consistently delivering $500K+ in new ARR, driven by a robust outbound motion and tight sales process.


What You Bring:


  • Proven success scaling SaaS sales teams from startup to $50M+ revenue.
  • Deep knowledge of outbound enterprise sales; cybersecurity experience is a plus.
  • A data-driven mindset and strong ability to inspect, coach, and improve sales performance.
  • A personal network and ability to attract top sales talent.
  • High energy, excellent work ethic, and strong cultural leadership in a fast-paced, in-office startup environment.
