Vice President of Sales - National Leadership Role in Medical Technology
We are a well-established, rapidly expanding medical technology company delivering innovative non-invasive solutions to the healthcare and wellness markets. We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales to lead national sales operations, oversee revenue growth, and develop a high-performing sales organization.
This is a key executive position reporting directly to the CEO, with significant responsibility for shaping and executing the company's long-term sales strategy. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with experience in high-value B2B sales, preferably within the healthcare, medical device, or aesthetic space.
Position Overview:
You will oversee all aspects of the sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing, while building and managing a scalable sales infrastructure. This role will involve leading a national, commission-based sales team, optimizing sales processes, and identifying new business opportunities to support continued expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy aligned with company objectives
- Build, mentor, and manage a distributed sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing and executive leadership to align lead generation efforts and brand messaging
- Establish and track performance metrics, reporting KPIs to the executive team
- Lead sales forecasting, budgeting, and territory planning
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and high-value accounts
- Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory and industry standards
Qualifications:
- Years of progressive sales leadership experience, including national team management
- Demonstrated success selling complex, high-value solutions in the medical, aesthetics, or wellness industries
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a growth-stage environment
- Excellent strategic thinking, organizational planning, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems, sales analytics, and performance tracking
