Our client, a rapidly growing e-commerce start-up company is seeking an experienced VP of Sales to join their team.

Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 + bonus

The Role:
We're seeking a dynamic VP of Sales to lead and expand our revenue efforts. Reporting to the CEO, you will build and execute a scalable sales strategy, lead and grow the sales team, and drive partnerships, wholesale opportunities, and B2B channels. You'll roll up your sleeves to refine processes, develop playbooks, and hit aggressive growth targets, all while staying true to our brand and values.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and own the overall sales strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and growth targets.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team; recruit top talent as we scale.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities including B2B partnerships, retail collaborations, and channel expansions.
- Implement sales processes, KPIs, and CRM best practices to drive conversion and retention.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to create a seamless customer journey.
- Forecast, measure, and report on sales performance metrics to the executive team.
- Represent Startup Name at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand and partner awareness.
- Champion a data-driven, customer-first sales culture while adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Who You Are:
- 8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in e-commerce, CPG, retail tech, or related industries.
- Proven success scaling sales teams and exceeding revenue targets, especially in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Expertise in e-commerce ecosystems, B2B partnerships, and omnichannel sales strategies.
- Strong analytical and CRM/reporting skills; experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or another CRM .
- A builder mentality - you thrive in ambiguity, solve problems creatively, and are hands-on when needed.
- A collaborative leader with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
