Role Overview: We're seeking a growth-minded VP of Growth to lead and scale the company's user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategy. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving both brand and performance marketing across channels. You'll sit at the intersection of product, content, and community, bringing the company's voice to life and turning curiosity into loyal usage.


Responsibilities

Growth Strategy: Own the full-funnel digital marketing strategy-including acquisition, retention, and re-engagement across paid and organic channels.


Brand Positioning: Refine and scale our brand narrative to resonate with Gen Z and Millennials across touchpoints-from social to app store to web.


Channel Leadership: Lead paid media (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok), SEO, ASO, influencer partnerships, email/CRM, and experimentation.


Analytics Optimization: Define KPIs, build dashboards, and relentlessly optimize for ROI, CAC, LTV, and retention. Team Building: Hire and lead a scrappy, high-leverage team (internal and external) across creative, content, and growth operations.


Cross-functional Partner: Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering on viral loops, onboarding flows, and in-product growth hooks.


What We're Looking For


8+ years in digital marketing, with leadership experience at high-growth B2C startups (ideally in consumer apps, marketplaces, travel, or local discovery).


Proven success managing significant performance marketing budgets with measurable impact.


Deep familiarity with modern growth stacks: analytics tools (GA4, Amplitude), attribution platforms, CRM, ASO, and A/B testing frameworks. Experience building strong lifestyle or youth-focused consumer brands.


Creative, resourceful, and comfortable in a zero-to-one, fast-moving environment.


Passion for AI, local exploration, and changing how people interact with the real world.


Bonus If You


Have scaled a product from Worked closely with UGC communities or content-driven growth loops

Are comfortable with design tools or writing brand copy yourself when needed

Have a strong POV on what makes TikTok, IG, or YouTube Shorts content resonate
