The Opportunity
We're hiring a VP of Growth to lead our direct-to-consumer marketing efforts. Your mission: drive high-quality leads across multiple acquisition channels with a performance-first, data-driven approach. You'll own both strategy and execution across paid, organic, lifecycle, and emerging media-building the team, systems, and campaigns that power our growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop and lead a multi-channel growth strategy to scale high-intent leads
- Oversee paid media, SEO, content, lifecycle marketing, and partnerships
- Drive performance across channels including Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, OTT, CTV
- Guide creative development to improve ad performance and conversion
- Lead SEO and content strategies to grow organic visibility and traffic
- Explore and scale emerging channels (influencer, affiliate, SMS, etc.)
- Manage budgets, optimize ROI, and ensure marketing spend ties to outcomes
- Define KPIs, implement attribution tools, and track funnel performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with intake, analytics, creative, and agency partners
What You Bring
- 8+ years in growth, performance marketing, or digital acquisition
- Proven success driving measurable MQL growth across DTC channels
- Deep experience with Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic media
- Strong in organic growth - SEO, content, YouTube, partnerships
- Experience with lifecycle marketing: email, SMS, retargeting, nurture flows
- Fluency with marketing tech (HubSpot, GA4, Segment, Looker, attribution tools)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Bonus: Experience in financial, legal or other high-trust service industries
