About the Role We are seeking a dynamic leader for the role of Vice President of Government Grant Compliance and Administration. This key position is essential for managing all aspects of governmental grants, with a strong emphasis on risk management and compliance. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to grant agreements, monitor progress on deliverables, budgets, and oversee timely grant report submissions.
Your entrepreneurial spirit and emotional intelligence will help you build and maintain compliance systems and procedures. You will collaborate with federal agency grant administrators, lead a dedicated Investor Relations team, and partner closely with the Fiscal team to manage grant budgets effectively.
The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree in a relevant field and possess 8-10 years of experience in grant compliance and administration or a comparable mix of education and experience. Attention to detail, sound judgment, and creativity are vital in this role, as is a commitment to our mission.
Key responsibilities include supervising the compliance team, staying updated on regulatory changes, and promoting best compliance practices across the organization. Experience in public policy, business, non-profit management, or community development is highly valued, along with familiarity in navigating government funding and compliance intricacies.
