JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a VP of Engineering for one of our clients in the manufacturing industry. Our client specializes in the manufacturing of HVAC components. In this role you will be responsible for defining and implementing the technology innovation agenda and leading the engineering and product development efforts. The role has a wide range of responsibilities from advanced technology development, product design, and value engineer to drive business growth and enhancing our client's competitive advantage. This role is key to ensuring that new products and technologies meet market demands and strategic objectives.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 10+ years of experience in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering
- Experience managing teams of 10+ engineers
- Experience in refrigeration/HVAC industry
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-Master's degree in engineering or related field preferred
-PMP or Six Sigma certification.
-Experience with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
