The Role


As VP of Engineering, you'll build and lead a U.S.-based engineering team from scratch, establish a high-performance culture, and drive execution velocity. You'll work closely with product, GTM, and leadership teams to transform engineering into a strategic, customer-centric function that supports fast iteration and business growth.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Build a High-Performing U.S. Engineering Team: Hire 5+ top-tier engineers and leaders in the U.S. to increase execution power.

2. Eliminate Tech Debt & Scale Architecture: Conduct a full technical audit and roadmap for architectural refactoring.

3. Drive Velocity & Predictable Delivery: Implement structured engineering workflows for planning and feature delivery.

4. In still a Customer-Centric, High-Velocity Culture: Establish regular customer touch points for engineers.


What Does Success Look Like? You build a high-performing U.S. engineering org, eliminate critical tech debt, and establish a scalable, execution-driven culture. You reduce bugs, and embed engineering as a strategic growth engine.


Who We're Looking For:


  • Proven experience scaling and leading high-impact engineering teams (0 20+).
  • Deep technical experience + knowledge across systems architecture, software development, and scaling SaaS platforms.
  • Experience cleaning up legacy codebases and implementing scalable systems.
  • Obsessed with speed, experimentation, and delivering customer value.
  • Track record of hiring and retaining A+ talent.
  • Strong cross-functional communicator and culture builder.
