About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Customer Care to become a key member of our Executive Leadership Team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the strategic direction of customer care across our global operations. Your leadership will focus on enhancing profitability and performance within our company culture, emphasizing process improvement and collaboration.

Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing field service, aftermarket sales, and customer support, while identifying and implementing strategies aimed at improving aftermarket margins and customer satisfaction. A proven track record in senior management, specifically with full customer care P&L responsibility in a global setting, is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant discipline (Master's preferred) and bring at least 15 years of experience in a global environment. We seek a leader who is adept at building and managing effective customer care programs, with a deep understanding of industry dynamics and customer needs.
