A profitable and fast-growing SaaS company in the e-commerce and payments space is looking for a Senior Director of Marketing to take ownership of demand generation and growth. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on building and scaling a modern, multi-channel marketing engine.
This is a hybrid role based in our San Francisco HQ (Downtown) - in-office presence is required.
What You'll Do:
- Own and drive a full-funnel demand generation strategy across paid media, product marketing, events, and community-driven platforms like X, Discord, and Reddit
- Partner with Sales and Product to align messaging and campaigns to business goals
- Build pipeline through creative and data-driven programs that connect with our target audience of e-commerce businesses and subscription brands
- Manage and mentor a small but mighty marketing team, while also being hands-on with execution
What You Bring:
- 7-10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with deep knowledge of e-commerce and/or payments
- Strategic mindset with a track record of building lead gen programs that span traditional and unconventional channels
- Comfortable owning both the high-level strategy and the detailed execution
- Highly collaborative, data-driven, and excited to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Execs
Compensation & Perks:
- $175,000-$200,000 base salary, plus performance-based incentives
- Hybrid - Must be located in or willing to commute to Downtown San Francisco
