SUMMARY
Colliers is seeking a Vice President level Loan Servicing Manager to manage the Colliers Funding commercial loan servicing department, which focuses on loan participations to community banks. This position will oversee construction monitoring, financial reporting, invoicing, payment processing, coordination with bankers on loan closings, as well as managing a team of loan servicing professionals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the timely and accurate management of all construction loans, disbursements, and associated documentation
Collaborate with Colliers Funding bankers, title companies, attorneys, and participant banks on loan closings, modifications, and payoffs
Interfaces with participant banks on purchase of participations and drafts participation agreements/certificates
Respond to inquiries regarding payment, documentation, and general questions from participant banks
Works with accounting on all billing, payment, escrow, draw related matters
Interfaces with sales department regarding orders and questions from banks
Supervises, mentors, and trains Loan Servicing department staff
Assists in preparation of quarterly internal portfolio reporting
Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
7+ years of commercial real estate loan servicing/asset management/closing experience required
Leadership, mentorship, or supervisory experience preferred
Knowledge of commercial real estate mortgage documents and terms
Must have familiarity with participation and/or syndication of commercial real estate loans
General accounting knowledge
Knowledge of BSA/AML
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including some advanced proficiencies in MS excel
Time management and problem solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks concurrently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Occasional domestic travel required
COMPENSATION
Pursuant to the laws regarding job postings where the position is located in, Colliers is disclosing the following information:
Area/Location Specific: Minneapolis, MN
Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $110,000 - $125,000 per year
This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus
Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
