Central Controls MCA Business Manager will be responsible for multiple coordination and communication efforts for the executive team leading Citi's Manager Control Assessment Program. They will be responsible for orgonizing response to executive management team and to regulators on the MCA Program leveraging multiple communication channels. They will also be responsible for driving efficient collaboration across the Central Controls MCA team and peer MCA teams in the business and functions to action critical items and drive alignment across Citi. Skills required for this role include ability to handle multiple high profile deliverables concurrently with quality and professionalism. Experience developing communication material for executive level audiences. Strong organization skills and ability to leverage collaboration tools to drive efficient team interactions. Experience with the MCA Program is strongly preferred due to the dynamic and face page of change being driven by the Central Controls MCA team. Responsibilities Development of presentation and communication material for executive and regulatory updates on the MCA Program. Coordination of critical initiatives across the MCA team to ensure timely response. Development of MCA team employee engagement strategy Management of MCA team collaboration tools to drive efficient MCA team interactions and knowledge sharing including management of reference documents and cross team project lists. Tracking of MCA team budget and resources Qualifications: 6-10 years of experience. 5+ years' experience in financial services with roles managing controls or MCA programs. Excellent skills in PowerPoint, Excel and with Teams collaboration tools. Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Effective organizational influencing skills required. Third party vendor management preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead global team efforts Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to comprehend the big pictures with high attention to critical details Demonstrated ability to develop communication strategies and enhance team efficiency through use of collaboration tools.
