Summary
Reporting to the Senior Executive Vice President, the VP of Sales and Marketing is responsible for leading and managing the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies that drive profitable revenue growth and achieve company goals. This role involves setting sales and marketing targets, analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.
The VP of Sales and Marketing will collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and marketing efforts, monitor and report on performance, and represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
Job Description

- Leading and managing the sales and marketing teams to ensure they are working effectively and efficiently.
- Setting sales and marketing targets and KPIs for the teams to achieve.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Identifying new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion.
- Analyzing market trends and customer behavior to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as government affairs and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and marketing efforts.
- Monitoring and reporting on sales and marketing performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards in sales and marketing activities, including safety.
- Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and build relationships.
Required Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field may be preferred.
- Extensive experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve targets and deliver results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, techniques, and best practices.
- Experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing plans, and the ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- A deep understanding of the industry in which the company operates, as well as relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales and marketing targets.
- Experience in representing a company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Salary: $180,000 - $250,000
