About the Role The university is actively searching for an experienced Vice President for Advancement and Fundraising to take on the pivotal role of Chief Advancement and Fundraising Officer. This leadership position involves spearheading a dynamic team focused on securing vital philanthropic support for our institution. You will be responsible for:
- Developing and submitting compelling grant proposals
- Building and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth individuals
- Preparing and executing comprehensive fundraising campaigns
Collaboration with internal stakeholders will be key to aligning fundraising priorities with the university's strategic objectives. You will have the opportunity to cultivate a culture of giving and actively promote the mission of the university. Ideal candidates will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with at least 8 years of experience
- A proven track record in securing major and principal gifts
- Experience in leading multi-million dollar capital campaigns
