To further drive our expansion in the U.S., we are looking for an experienced, well-connected leader to join us as Vice President/Director Sales USA (m/f/d). In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy in the United States.


Your Role at Elithair:

As Vice President/Director Sales USA, you will take full responsibility for revenue growth, business expansion, and brand positioning in the U.S. market. You will work closely with our international management team to identify market opportunities, expand partnerships, and optimize our sales processes.


What Your Work at Elithair Looks Like:

  • Develop and implement the sales strategy for the U.S. market
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team on-site
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities and strategic partners
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Take ownership of revenue and profitability goals, ensuring continuous optimization of sales performance
  • Conduct market analyses to identify growth potential and competitive strategies
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Business Development, and Operations to maximize market success
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with strategic partners
  • Represent Elithair at industry events, trade shows, and conferences across the U.S.

What You Bring to Elithair:

  • English speaker with a deep understanding of the U.S. market
  • Several years of experience in a senior sales position, ideally in the healthcare sector
  • Proven success in building and scaling sales organizations
  • Strong knowledge of the U.S. market, ideally in medical services or aesthetic treatments
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with strong business acumen
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel within the U.S. and to Germany at regular intervals
