Responsibilities:
As the Vice President Business Development, North America, youll spearhead our growth initiatives and lead a high-performing team in an exciting, fast-paced environment. Heres where youll make an impact:
- Drive Expansion: Originate and develop growth opportunities (M&A, greenfield, and brownfield projects) across the U.S. and Canada, aligning with our strategic vision for LFG and renewables.
- Shape Strategy: Leverage market insights to refine and execute our North America Growth Plan, staying ahead of industry trends and fostering innovation.
- Build Relationships: Forge and nurture connections with key stakeholderscustomers, partners, and industry groupswhile negotiating game-changing commercial agreements.
- Lead with Purpose: Inspire and mentor a diverse team, collaborating with the North American Leadership Team and presenting to our Global Executive Leadership Team.
- Champion Safety & Excellence: Lead by example, ensuring safety and high standards in everything we do.

- Leadership Prowess: A collaborative, results-oriented leader skilled at mentoring teams and building senior-level relationships across global regions.
- Innovative Thinker: Creative problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a practical approach to delivering results.
- Qualifications: Degree in business, engineering, or a scientific field, paired with substantial experience in economic modeling, market assessment, and C-suite engagement.
- Travel: This position is estimated to be up to 30% with mostly domestic travel but also some international travel.

Compensation & Benefits:
Company offers and excellent base salary up to $330K with up to 30% performance bonus based on individual and company performance.
