What You'll Do


As a Treatment Assistant, you'll float between services and provide direct support to our clinical teams. In this hands-on role, you will:

  • Assist with daily patient care including restraint, cleaning, and monitoring
  • Communicate patient status changes to nurses and doctors
  • Help with triage, diagnostics, treatments, and other technical procedures (under guidance)
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized treatment area
  • Support discharges, admits, and client communication as needed
  • Accurately update patient records and assist with related documentation
  • Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and coordinators across multiple departments
  • Participate in team rounds and stay informed on daily cases
  • Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a positive, team-first attitude

You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality care and ensuring smooth operations across the hospital. This role requires flexibility, great communication, and a love for learning.


Anticipated Schedule

This is a full-time position with the following schedule:

  • Monday - Thursday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Some holiday coverage may be required.

Compensation

  • Starting at $19.00/hour

Requirements
