We're looking for a Veterinary Surgeon who has completed Vet GDP (or 2+ years of experience) to join a busy, forward-thinking small animal practice in Nottingham. If you're passionate about continuity of care, early diagnostics, and delivering consistent treatment outcomes, this could be your ideal next step.

This is a great opportunity to join a modern, purpose-built practice that offers excellent clinical facilities, a supportive team, and real opportunity to develop your interests - whether that's medicine, surgery, or something more niche.

What we're offering:

  • Varied and engaging caseload
  • Supportive, close-knit team of 4 vets and 6 RVNs
  • A workplace culture focused on development and wellbeing
  • Flexibility to pursue clinical areas of interest
  • Strong nursing and reception teams to support you day-to-day
  • Ongoing investment in facilities and team development

You'll be responsible for preventative healthcare, case management, diagnostics, and surgery - all delivered with a compassionate, client-focused approach. We value vets who take ownership of cases and thrive in a team where collaboration and communication are key.

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years' experience in small animal practice, including at least 1 year in the UK
  • Strong diagnostic skills and a passion for patient continuity
  • Clear, empathetic communicator
  • A team player who's eager to contribute to a positive and progressive clinical culture
  • Interest in exotics welcome but by no means essential

Benefits include:

  • Competitive salary + quarterly recognition payments
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Enhanced maternity & paternity pay
  • Funded professional memberships
  • CPD allowance and internal leadership training
  • Electric car scheme
  • Income protection
  • Health and wellbeing support via Help at Hand
  • Surgery discounts and more

This is a fantastic opportunity for a vet looking to work in a modern environment where you'll be supported to thrive both clinically and personally.
