Veterinary Client Service Representative

Fairgrounds Animal Hospital is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to join our team. Our CSRs serve a vital role as the first and last point of contact with a client and their pet. As the face of the hospital, they greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service, who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, excellent at multi-tasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.

This is a part-time position scheduled for approximately 20 hours per week, with availibility required on Mondays and Wednesdays. Full-time hours may be offered in the future.

We are offering an hourly rate of $18-20/hr depending on experience. Previous experience working in a veterinary setting is required.

We have an excellent in-house lab, digital full body x-ray, dental radiography, ultrasound, intra-oral camera, laser therapy and a paperless record system through Cornerstone. Additionally, we utilize high-grade anesthetic monitoring equipment, including doppler, capnography, ECG, and pulse oximetry.
