At Animal Hospital of Los Lunas, we believe in compassionate care-for both pets and their people. We're looking for a dedicated, friendly, and reliable Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk team and be the first smile our clients see when they walk through the door.
What Makes This Role Special:
As a CSR, you are more than a receptionist-you're a vital part of our patient care team. You'll build relationships with pet owners, support our veterinary staff, and help ensure every visit is smooth, efficient, and welcoming.
What You'll do:
Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily front desk operations
Provide outstanding client communication and support
Maintain accurate patient records and process payments
Collaborate with doctors and veterinary staff to ensure smooth workflow
Educate clients on hospital services, preventive care, and next steps
Support your team and jump in where needed to keep things running smooth
What We're Looking For:
Prior experience as a veterinary receptionist
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with computers and veterinary software (we use Idexx Neo)
A kind, friendly, professional, team-oriented attitude with a true love for animals and working with people
Working Hours: Four days a week 7:45am- 5:30pm (Hour Lunch) Every other Saturday 7:45am-1:00pm
