The Whole Pet Vet Hospital & Wellness Center is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team. Our CSRs serve a vital role as the first and last point of contact with a client and their pet. As the face of the hospital, they greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service, manage multi-line phones, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates who are friendly, detail-oriented, excellent at multi-tasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.

This is a full-time position scheduled for 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.

Minimum qualifications and skillset:
  • Previous experience working in a veterinary practice or animal care environment
  • Familiarity with common veterinary terminology, procedures, and basic animal care
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative approach toward assisting both clients and team members
  • Current Fear Free certification or willingness to go through certification with full support and coverage of costs by our practice
