Bargersville Veterinary Hospital and Wellness Center-Veterinary Client Service Representative

The client service representative is responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service. As a CSR, your smile and enthusiastic greeting are what sets the tone for the client's visit. You will be on the 'front line' of our customer care team assisting clients with telephone inquiries, making appointments, and assisting with business office tasks.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Answering multiple phone lines
  • Differentiate between routine and emergency cases
  • Schedule appointments
  • Greet clients
  • Process payments and manage financial information
  • Handle client concerns
  • Filling medications
Schedule:
  • Full Time
  • Four-day work week
  • Hours vary from 7:00am - 6:30pm, no weekends
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience (1 year minimum)
  • Experience in Veterinary Hospital is required (1 year minimum)
