Westlake Animal Hospital is now hiring a Customer Service Representative to join their incredible team.

Full-time: Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays

Compensation is negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $15-18/hour. The final rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location

Westlake Animal Hospital, in Austin, Texas is looking for an energetic Customer Service Representative at a busy 7 doctor veterinary practice. We want someone who can exceed our client's expectations for outstanding client service while creating a warm and welcoming impression. The ideal candidate for this position would be someone who is a "people person," enjoys working with diverse clients and is caring, friendly, and efficient.

Job Overview:
A CSR at Westlake must remain professional and courteous to clients and co-workers while handling multiple tasks at once with many interruptions. The position is part crowd control, part efficiency expert, and part records manager. CSRs answer the phones, differentiate between routine and emergency cases, schedule appointments, greet clients, admit and check out the day's appointments, process payments and manage financial information. Must be able to lift objects weighing 40lbs.
