Job Title: SAP Project Manager - Supply Chain & Tariff Experience
Location: Raritan, NJ

Long Term Contract

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of SAP project management experience with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Supply Chain modules (e.g., MM, SD, WM, PP) and their business processes.
• Strong Experience with tariff structures, pricing models, and regulatory compliance (ideally in utilities, energy, or manufacturing industries).
• Solid understanding of SAP integration across modules and with external systems.
• PMP, Prince2, or SAP Activate certification is a plus.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
• Lead SAP implementation and enhancement projects across multiple modules with a focus on Supply Chain and Tariff-related processes.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics aligned with business goals.
• Manage full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closing, while ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business users, SAP consultants, developers, and external vendors.
• Oversee integration of SAP modules such as MM, SD, PM, and FI/CO to support supply chain operations.
• Drive the implementation of tariff structures, pricing rules, and regulatory compliance within SAP.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and change control processes; ensure appropriate mitigation plans are in place.
• Report project progress to stakeholders, including executive-level updates and dashboards.
• Ensure business readiness, change management, and user training for successful adoption of SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and business leaders to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
