About the Role
We are seeking a Third Party Risk Analyst, Specialist to support the full lifecycle of the third-party risk management (TPRM) process. This role is responsible for conducting comprehensive risk assessments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with internal policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Risk Assessments
- Conduct and document third-party risk assessments, ensuring proper review of all documentation and data.
- Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with stakeholders across risk, legal, compliance, procurement, and business teams.
- Serve as the main point of contact for vendors and engagement leads throughout the TPRM process.
Policy Compliance
- Ensure all assessments and processes align with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
- Stay current with industry best practices and changes in risk management regulations.
Process Improvement
- Continuously assess and improve TPRM procedures for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in ongoing training and contribute to cross-functional improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in third-party risk, vendor management, or a related function.
- Strong knowledge of risk management practices and compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and risk management software.
Preferred:
- Professional certifications such as CTPRP, CPA, CIA, or CISI.
- Experience working within the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with multi-entity vendor environments and outsourced payroll or risk operations.
