About the Role

We are seeking a Third Party Risk Analyst, Specialist to support the full lifecycle of the third-party risk management (TPRM) process. This role is responsible for conducting comprehensive risk assessments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with internal policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Risk Assessments

  • Conduct and document third-party risk assessments, ensuring proper review of all documentation and data.
  • Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across risk, legal, compliance, procurement, and business teams.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for vendors and engagement leads throughout the TPRM process.

Policy Compliance

  • Ensure all assessments and processes align with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and changes in risk management regulations.

Process Improvement

  • Continuously assess and improve TPRM procedures for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participate in ongoing training and contribute to cross-functional improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in third-party risk, vendor management, or a related function.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management practices and compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and risk management software.

Preferred:

  • Professional certifications such as CTPRP, CPA, CIA, or CISI.
  • Experience working within the financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with multi-entity vendor environments and outsourced payroll or risk operations.
