Key Responsibilities
Program Management:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of vendor relationships, from selection to termination, ensuring effective and efficient management of all vendor contracts and agreements.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance vendor operations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of vendor programs.
- Track and report on program performance metrics and KPIs.
Data Analytics:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive insights and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor vendor performance.
- Use data analytics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the data analytics team to develop predictive models and other analytical tools.
Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance vendor operations.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for vendor management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on vendor performance and program status.
- Facilitate meetings and presentations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Management or a related role.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Experience in process improvement and change management is a plus.
- Must have hands-on SQL coding skills and experience building dashboards.
