We are seeking a Vendor Management Specialist with vendor management and business continuity experience. This is a high-impact role where you-ll work cross-functionally to ensure our operations are resilient, secure, and compliant with regulatory standards.
This is an in-office position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manager the day-to-day operations of the bank's Vendor Management and Business Continuity Programs.
- Manage Vendor onboarding, due diligence, annual vendor reviews, and ongoing risk assessments.
- Monitor Vendor performance, contract compliance, and service levels.
- Coordinate and/or perform reviews of SOC reports, cybersecurity posture, and financial health.
- Maintain vendor and business continuity documentation and support audit/exam readiness.
- Develop, maintain, and test business continuity and disaster recovery plans
- Coordinate and perform a business impact analysis and risk assessments across departments
- Lead business continuity planning, testing, tabletop exercises, and departmental disaster recovery initiatives.
- Support and assist with special projects and information security tasks.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years- experience managing a Vendor Management and Business Continuity Program at a financial institution with at least one billion in assets.
- Bachelor-s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Information Security, Risk Management, or related field is preferred.
- Experience in IT or information security preferred.
- Experience in the banking or finance industry is preferred.
- Certified Regulatory Vendor Program Manager (CRVPM) and / or Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) certifications are preferred.
