Job Description

- Analyst and Project Manager (this person is technical enough and has incredible communication skills and ability to create processes and execute

Deliverables:

Designing and establishing processes for various recurring compliance activities (SSAE, SOC, ODC audits and Tool certifications)

Creating and maintaining an artifact repository in SharePoint

Processing audits and certifications regularly, working with 3rd party POCs

Designing dashboards using Power BI to provide actionable information to various levels of leadership

Creating business continuity run books and toolkits to ensure no disruption to service delivery and effective reporting to key stakeholders before, during and after an incident

Creating and maintaining a CRM-like contact management system/database that can be updated by Supplier POCs with relevant reporting (tool TBD)

Supporting the processing hundreds of user access requests weekly by identifying ways to configure Service Now filters and reporting to maximize use of bulk approvals and adjusting catalogue item workflows

Analysis, cleansing and consolidation of data from disparate sources through advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups, & Macros) and Power BI along with other Microsoft Tools

Managing all efforts above using Agile principles and tools such as Jira, Miro, etc

Establishing timelines, roadmaps and gant charts and manage assets to meet key milestone deliverables

Supporting Communication strategy by designing and creating outbound messaging and editorial calendar

Creating and maintain comprehensive and structured asset tracking activities to monitor and report on delivery progress

Documenting ways of working and other information to help establish new processes

Assist leaders by reporting and escalating issues in a timely manner

Hold key stakeholders accountable for deliverables

Liaise with team members and cross-functional partners at all levels of the organization

Influence and direct work of others with or without formal authority

Skills and Requirements

Deep data analysis and report creating capabilities through use of commonly used software (e.g., Excel, ServiceNow, Jira, Power BI, Visio or similar)

Ability to consolidate data from disparate sources and file types (with Excel, Python listed as it is a common tool, etc)

PM Experience (thinks and communicates in a structured and accountable manner, and varies communication to ensure projects move forward even with very busy stakeholders)

Can implement Agile methodologies to prioritize and manage deliverables in predictable and rapid frequency (create Scrum or Kanban board, establish and manage ceremonies, ability to solicit information, BA experience, create stories, etc)

Capable of creating reports and configuring Service Now catalogue items and workflows

Excellent Communicator (create effective and persuasive emails and PowerPoint presentations)

Fluent in designing and creating process documents and workflow diagrams (Visio or similar)

Able to develop presentations to provide updates or obtain stakeholder buy in

Graphical skills (Nice to have but would be great if the person thinks artistically as part of effective communication)

Compliance experience (familiarity with SOX and SSAE Controls, process for auditing them; User Access Audits)

Individuals should be agile focused and can take on scrum activities associated with the development of the products in running grooming, planning, standup and alignment sessions. Experience in working with MyJira to create quick views around roadmaps and sprints including backlog refinement. null
