Scottish Forestry is the Scottish Government agency responsible for forestry policy, support and regulations, grants incentives, technical forestry advice and new cross border arrangements. Scotland has 1.4m hectares of forests that we regulate, support and promote. We also lead on the delivery of woodland creation targets. Our staff are split between our National Office functions and five Conservancy offices that lead the local delivery of our functions.
Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis. This role involves providing dynamic administrative support to colleagues in Scottish Forestry's Edinburgh and Conservancy Offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support executive team members
- Maintain and improve internal processes related to correspondence and casework
- Act as a liaison on projects
- Assist with team tasks and contribute to achieving our annual Business Plan objectives
