Job Description - Vehicle Sales Manager and F & I Manager

Job Responsibilities: - Ensure the dealership meets its goals for unit sales, gross profit margins, and profit margins for vehicle sales and F & I departments.
- Establish and maintain all managerial tools necessary to achieve strong and consistent sales and profitability, i.e. budgets, projections, forecasts, advertising programs, inventory, personnel management, training programs and sales meetings.
- Secure the best lending and interest programs for the benefit of our customers.
- Inform customers and help them purchase the best aftermarket products to support their vehicle purchase, ie extended warranties, credit life insurance, GAP, road hazard, and key policies.
- Lead the departments to develop the best customer service possible.
- Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
- Strengthen and enhance dealership's position in the community.
- Co-ordinate with, and support, the automotive group's management team.
Job Requirements: - Two years of vehicle sales management experience.
- One year of F & I management experience.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills evidenced by history of stable and long-term career success.
- Detail familiarity with DMS systems.
- Knowledge and understanding of auto maker financial statements and how they are used to actively manage dealership operations.
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local regulatory environment for auto dealerships.
- Satisfactory background check, drug test, driving record, and insurability.
