General Summary: As a Vehicle Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining the vehicle display areas, receiving and shipping vehicles, scanning inventory, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring daily lot maintenance and security.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities: - Execute processes as defined by work instructions
- Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers
- Ensure daily lot maintenance and security
- Receive and ship vehicles
- Scan vehicles for accurate product status
- Complete vehicle wash and vacuuming
- Drive vehicles on and off lot for repairs/storage
- Responsible for workplace cleanliness and organization
- Complete duties as assigned by supervisors
Minimum Qualifications/Requirement: - Current driver's license and meet company standards
- Ability to read, interpret, and transcribe data
- High School diploma or equivalent work experience preferred
- Ability to safely lift up to 50lbs
Working Conditions: Flexible work hours, with shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
Requires walking or standing for extended periods of time in a high-energy, fast-paced working environment
Wears company clothing at all times working in the store
Adheres to all company policies, including Attendance, Asset Protection, and Standards of Professional Appearance
