Position Overview:
We are seeking a Veeva Quality Implementation Consultant (Contractor) to support clients implementing Veeva Vault Quality solutions, including QualityDocs, Training, and QMS. The ideal candidate will have experience in Quality and Compliance roles, a strong understanding of GxP requirements, and hands-on experience with Veeva Vault Quality applications and data/document migration from legacy systems.
This is a contract role with the potential to convert to full-time. It's best suited for someone who is collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable leading implementation projects in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and adoption of Veeva Vault Quality solutions (QualityDocs, Training, QMS)
- Plan and support the migration of documents and data from legacy systems into Veeva Vault
- Collaborate with client teams to identify source systems, prepare migration files, and validate migrated content
- Serve as the primary liaison between client teams and Votum, ensuring strong alignment and communication
- Guide clients through system readiness, user training, and go-live planning-focused on process alignment
- Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure compliant, efficient implementation
- Support the creation and review of SOPs, validation documentation, and change controls
- Provide end-user training and serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) post-implementation
- Ensure documentation practices and system use align with 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, and client SOPs
- Manage multiple client engagements with strong communication, organization, and follow-through
System Overview:
- QualityDocs: Document control for SOPs, policies, and controlled content with approval workflows and audit trails
- Training: Manages employee training requirements, curricula, and compliance tracking
- QMS: Enables deviation, CAPA, change control, audit, and complaint management workflows
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience implementing or supporting Veeva Vault Quality (QualityDocs, QMS, Training)
- Familiarity with QMS processes, document control, and training workflows in the life sciences industry
- Strong understanding of GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements
- Hands-on experience supporting or managing data/document migrations into Veeva Vault
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams
- Ability to draft and review SOPs, validation documentation, and change control records
- Excellent communication, client engagement, and problem-solving skills
- Prior consulting or client-facing experience strongly preferred
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a remote, fast-paced consulting environment
