Job Summary:
Brimley Area Schools is seeking a dedicated and experienced High School Varsity Football Assistant Coach to lead and develop our baseball program. This position involves fostering a competitive and positive team environment while focusing on both athletic performance and personal growth.
Responsibilities:
- Assist head coach in planning and execute practices, game strategies, and team-building activities.
- Assist with off-season training programs to enhance player skills and maintain conditioning.
- Help promote academic success, sportsmanship, and team discipline.
- Ensure the safety of all players and compliance with MHSAA and district guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous coaching experience is preferred.
- Must pass a background check.
