Requirements: Dependable, punctual, organized, empowering, good communication skill.
WR/DB experience preferred.
Job Duties The coach observes students' skills with trials and practices, then assists the Head Coach in deciding who makes the team. With an organized team, the high school coach then begins to train the students throughout the preseason process. The coach assigns everyone specific positions and comes up with drills and organized game strategies with the assistant coaches.
After the season starts, the coach arrives at every game and guides their team throughout the match-ups. If any necessary changes have to be made during the game, they will be in charge of authorizing and implementing them.
Physical Demands: - Frequently stand for long periods of time.
- Bend, stretch, twist, or reach out.
- Coordinate movement of several parts of the body, such as arms and legs, while the body is moving.
- Keep or regain the body's balance or stay upright when in an unstable position.
- Be physically active for long periods without getting tired or out of breath.
- Use muscles to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects.
- Use muscles for extended periods without getting tired.
