Are you a Varicent SME who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and building high-impact performance management systems?
We're seeking a skilled professional who can lead from the front - configuring, optimizing, and owning Varicent ICM solutions across the full SDLC.
What You'll Do:
Lead configuration & customization of Varicent to meet business and technical needs
Troubleshoot and support solutions in live production environments
Own the entire technical lifecycle - from requirements to go-live
Act as the primary technical point-of-contact for client delivery
Conduct root cause analysis, defect resolution, and proactive optimization
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal capability building
Solve unique and highly complex configuration challenges within the Varicent platform
Required Experience:
5+ years of hands-on experience with Varicent configuration
Strong background in ELT processes and data workflows
Proven ability to interact with enterprise clients and manage technical escalations
Expert-level communication - written, verbal, and interpersonal
Ability to travel to Fort Mill, SC when required (for remote candidates)
