We're on the hunt for a VRF Specialist to support our sales and engineering teams, elevate projects, and contribute to our success in the Wisconsin-Chicagoland region.

What You'll Do:
  • Support the sales and engineering teams in all aspects of Mitsubishi VRF projects.
  • Build strong relationships with sales channels, focusing on design, application, and sales administration.
  • Take the lead on designing, building, and retrofitting VRF systems, providing technical support from start to finish.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by attending training and earning certifications, including the ability to train others in our cutting-edge lab.
  • Keep up with the latest VRF technologies and industry best practices to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency.
  • Collaborate with engineers, sales teams, and stakeholders to plan and execute system upgrades, retrofits, and expansions.

What You'll Bring:
  • Associate degree in HVAC/R or a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of VRF sales experience (preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
