The Value Stream Business Analyst Lead will be the primary contact for delivery, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution across various streams.
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the Sourcing Purchasing Value Stream, aligning business objectives with IT solutions.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to support solution design, delivery, and ongoing support.
- Manage the functional roadmap for sourcing, vendor onboarding, cost negotiation, purchase order management, and contract compliance.
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into detailed functional technical specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver features using Agile SAFe methodology.
- Assist in functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and post-deployment support.
- Track KPIs and identify opportunities for process automation or system enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, audit requirements, and supply chain traceability.
Qualifications & Experience We are looking for a strong leader with over 12 years of experience in retail sourcing and purchasing, possessing both technical and functional expertise.
- Extensive knowledge of retail sourcing and procurement processes, including:
- Supplier onboarding and management
- Costing and negotiations
- Purchase requisitions and orders
- Contract management and compliance
- Direct and indirect purchasing
- Experience with procurement platforms such as: SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement Cloud, Coupa, or SAP MM.
- Proven success in leading global delivery teams with a robust onsite presence.
- Ability to produce functional documentation and process flows.
- Familiarity with SQL and basic data analysis.
- Experience in system integration and troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of retail operations and upstream supply chain implications.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Academic Qualifications/Level of Education: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, IT, or a related field.
- Agile SAFe certifications and certifications in procurement tools are a plus.
Pay and Benefits Pay Range Minimum: $91,000 per year
Pay Range Maximum: $185,900 per year
