Title of Role: Fullstack Engineer (Founding Team)

Office Type: Hybrid (2-3 days per week onsite)
Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 + equity

We're partnering with a stealth-mode startup that's building one of the most exciting early-stage AI platforms in the market today. This team is backed by top investors and led by repeat founders with deep domain expertise in enterprise SaaS, data, and automation.

The company is building an AI-native workspace purpose-built for enterprise users-combining the ease of use of consumer tools with the complexity and flexibility needed for sophisticated business workflows. Their mission is to revolutionize how knowledge workers interact with internal tools by using generative AI to make data, processes, and documentation instantly actionable.

This is an opportunity to join a mission-critical early team and work directly with the CEO, technical founders, and design leads to bring the product to life.
What You Will Do

• Build fullstack product features from scratch using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, GraphQL, Postgres)
• Work closely with the founding team to define and deliver the product roadmap in tight, fast-paced iterations
• Own product features end-to-end-from system design and architecture to development and user feedback
• Shape the technical stack and engineering culture from the ground up
• Develop seamless interfaces and intuitive user experiences for complex enterprise workflows
• Contribute to product discussions, research, and quick prototyping of AI-driven features

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3+ years of fullstack engineering experience with a focus on frontend-heavy product development
• Experience working on fast-paced 0 1 product development in a startup or early-stage environment
• Strong understanding of web technologies and component-based architecture
• Demonstrated ability to quickly prototype and iterate based on feedback
• Comfort with ambiguity and ownership-you want to shape the product, not just build specs

Preferred

• Proficiency in React, Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL
• Experience working with generative AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Background in enterprise SaaS, productivity tools, or internal dashboards/workflows
• Familiarity with design systems and creating UI/UX for knowledge workers
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working closely with product/design

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of $130,000 - $180,000
