Job DescriptionValidation Engineer12/31/2024 Position Type/Hours:Full-time position. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Position Purpose:This position is responsible for providing quality technical support, documentation and validation testing of production for custom automated converting, packaging, and coating equipment. Essential Functions:Write validation test protocols and technical reports.Perform monitoring, sampling, and testing to validate equipment, systems, and processes per validation test protocols.Create and analyze validation documents such as FMEA, FDS, SDS, IQ, OQ, etc.Coordinate validation activities with other team members for completion within the established project timeline.Provide impact assessments for any changes made to validated equipment, systems, and processes; and execute any identified revalidation actions to maintain the validated, steward, make decisions upon, and expect to be held accountable to Delta ModTech's values which include:BELIEVE IN PEOPLEFEARLESS INNOVATIONINTEGRITYPASSIONATE & TENACIOUSSERVANT LEADERSHIPOther Duties:This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand. The employee must frequently lift or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move objects up to 25 pounds.
